I have been a strong zales supporter for a very long time. Never doing any jewlery business with anyone else. Since new management came in (Kody) the stores customer service and the way the now treat my wife and I are unacceptable. I will no longer do any business with these people as they dont deserve my hard earned money. Kody is a douche bag and Jerri steals from the company. Take your business else where. They will replace your genuine diamond with a man made stone, and tell you its real.

. I spend $2600 on my wedding ring. Something you cherish FOREVER and it gave me such a bad rash that it went all the way up my hand!!! Rash so bad it's blistering!! They don't have my ring anymore and I refuse to replace it! I have to go without a wedding ring now. I will never ever EVER recommended Zales. I WILL. Be reporting to BBB , HQ , & HR. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I HAVE NO MEDICAL CONDITION. I AM IN PERFECT HEALTH! I HAVE NO SKIN CONDITIONS. THIS IS WHAT FAKE JEWELRY DOES TO YOUR SKIN. I will not stop until I get my money back! You stole a sacred part of my marriage!
The worker there was nothing listening to what I wanted price wise. I wanted to look into the lower prices rings and I was clear of that. But his answer was that the expensive rings were meant to be worn all day. So I dismissed it but he was pushing on doing financing with me but I clearly said I had a exact amount in cash. He was all business and sales. I left and went straight to Kay jewlers. At Kay, I got the ring I wanted with half the time and NO sales pressuring! Go anywhere but here.
