I lost my wedding band while on vacation. I purchased my original band from this place 11.5 years ago. The selection is small but still pretty varied. It is a mall shop after all. The first salesman was good. He's a nice guy, knows his product, listened to what I had to say which was, "I'm just starting to look so I'm not buying today." Yeah, the girl, Jessica, that he passed me off to was rude and condescending. I won't be going back.
I've had my engagement ring for over a year, and it's still as flawless as the day my fiance proposed to me. I've always received amazing customer service. My wedding is Sept 2017 and we've gotten both my wedding band and my fiances wedding band here. I will continue to purchase from Rogers & Holland!
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Worst place ever, and it's going downhill fast! I lost my center diamond in my ring TWICE because of the prongs breaking. They replaced the first diamond with no problems...second time I lost it is when all crazy broke loose. Long story short, is that I still don't have my ring or even something close to it, and it's been well over 2 months! The Managers and staff quit left and right so you never get deal with just one person who personally knows you and what you want. Overall bad communication and follow up time!!
This wasn't just one person. It's a problem with the company. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I recently visited this location to look for an engagement ring. I forget what the woman's name is that I talked to, but she was very nice and accommodating. I said from the beginning that I was just looking around, and not buying anything yet. She asked to check if I was able to obtain a certain amount of credit if I were to purchase something. I was approved, and that was that. I went on my way. A month later my girlfriend (to be fiance) found a letter in the mail from Rogers and Holland's. That ruined the surprise, so I was pretty upset. Not quite as upset as when I opened the letter to find out I owed a $262 payment. I was furious and called the 1-800 number. I was told they had a signed receipt proving my purchase. I'm so mad I signed that packet of paper when I went through the credit application process. Apparently they forget to tell you you're purchasing a ring of their choice when you do that. Shortly after I received a call from the manager there, and vented my frustration. He was very nice and offered to cancel my "purchase." I was told I would receive an email stating this, and he apologized for the miscommunication. Well, I received an email.....thanking me for my purchase. I'm livid.
I've been a long time customer with thousands in purchases over the years. I will never buy from this company again after learning they don't stand by their products or honor their warranty. A $300 pair of earrings just fell off after 3 months when the post came out of the clasp. We were well within the 1 year "warranty" on workmanship. After a long ordeal, lots of arguing (over a very simple repair), insisting I buy the $50 protection plan before they would repair it, and being treated rudely, they finally agreed to "give" us the $3 repair job to put a new post on.
