Talsma is always top notch! Very nice people and always willing to help! They are very reasonable for watch batteries also! Usually between $3 and $8 for a watch battery.
I have a slight watch problem. So when five of my watches battery died I called around and everybody to replace a watch was $20-$35 each. I saw their commercial on TV and gave them a call. $5 a piece a screaming deal. One of the watches had a small issue inside and fixed for next to nothing. Great service and a great price. Hard to find these days!!
Very good service! I just had two necklaces fixed there. They were fast, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them for sure.

Both times I have been in this store, I have been treated like a nuisance as opposed to a welcomed customer. I have worked in retail for many years, and I can't imagine treating customers the way I've been treated at Talsma. The associates seemed irritated, put out and just flat out not happy to be interrupted to help me. I'll be taking my business to Engels across the street. And I won't be recommending Talsma to anyone I know.
