They have been very helpful! Every time I have gone they've clean my ring and kept it good shape!
I went there shopping for a ring, and while we were looking around, the salesman helpfully offered to clean my engagement ring. When he brought it back it was bright and clean but he pointed out that the diamond was very loose and advised me to to take it back to where I had bought it (a competitor) and get it tightened as soon as possible. The service was awesome, I didn't end up buying a ring there because the only one I liked couldn't be sized down small enough, but I wished I could have. I'll definitely keep Helzberg in mind for any future jewelry purchases.
