If I could give a zero I would. My husband and I had THE WORST customer service ever. I get it its the holidays but its no excuse to treat loyal customers like they did. We were simply stopping by to get a link in his watch taken out so it could fit my husband's wrist better. The worker that "helped us" Jake had only worked there for 2 weeks. He didn't fully understand how to take it out. Which is understandable. The store manager was busy trying to make a different sale. So we asked for his watch back to take it somewhere else because we have our baby with us that needed a nap. He refused to give it back and demanded to fix it. 45 minutes later with a fussy baby and a inexperienced worker walking around aimlessly we finally had enough. We once again asked for it back, jake refused and finally went the store manager whose name is James. James forcefully took the pin out and in the process of doing so we are pretty sure he bent it. Jake brought back the link and the watch and we noticed the pin wasn't in there. We asked for our pin back as well because what's a link without the pin. So he said it was lost and tried to look for another to give to us. He couldnt find any and gave us a pin that doesn't even fit. We complained that we just want our pin back, one that fits. We bought this watch and what he took out of it is ours why would we be fine with a store manager losing our property. When explaining we wanted what's our back he raised his voice and said "its only $1.50 would you really want me to get you a replacement?" and said that was our one and only warning or he would kick us out. ALL WE WANTED WAS OUR PIN TO THE WATCH BACK. He then explained how we "ruined his night" and that it's Christmas time why would we cause such a "big problem". We gave our info to him to mail us a replacement. Let's only hope he remembers.
Love love love their team. Me and my fiance were looking for rings. We were in and out within 10 minutes and we had a beautiful selection that one of the workers picked out. So happy with the service here. Sweet, caring workers who made this process go smoothly
