I went on Sunday I believe and I had no clue how to order anything since I never went there before. A girl with the name tag Yaya helped me figure out how the meal deals work and was insanely helpful! This was the best customer service i have had in a long time. I will be coming back soon
Really tasty food for a fast food place. This one will definitely go on our list of favorites when we need a quick meal and want Chinese. Service was moderately good. My complaint is that one person in particular wasn't very friendly and that's a put off in the restaurant business. The people taking your order are the face of the business and when that face isn't smiling and friendly it tends to leave a negative impression.
Food is always mediocre, good if you're in the mood for Chinese and don't want to wait. Customer service almost always leaves a lot to be desired. No one ever smiles, they all look like they just want to leave. And today when they were bagging my to go order she put the box in sideways in the bag. When I got it opened everything was all mixed together and sauces leaked into the bag over everything.
Did was good. But all tables and counters in customer area were dirty. Giving four stars because it is near Christmas and will give benefit of doubt that they were just done with a rush
