I know this is a fast food place but the food is amazing! The help is pleasant & friendly too. Great experience all the way around.
The burgers are always great. The fries are fresh and taste amazing. The atmosphere is fun. The staff is usually laughing, joking or singing. Highly recommend
Place was super busy when we went. No place to sit. We could hardly get to the exit either. The good was good but the location is just too small to reliably go to.
Love the online order with the phone app saves my order for a easy repeat and my food is ready in 8 minuets I only live 7 minuets away and get to bypass the line if there busy and the bacon is so nice and crispy
First tried 5 Guys in Rochester, NY. Oh My G**! Love this place. Some times they could speed up. But the burgers are great. The french fries are Super! Too many flavors of soda pop. Glad they built one 6 minutes from my home.
