its 4:30pm and I'm trying to call and talk to someone about an order I'm trying to pickup and NONE of the departments are picking up their phones. Except Optical and they're not even technically "Sears". There's not even a voicemail to leave a message, I'm just clicking through prompts and then the auto-menu hangs up on me when the department phone doesn't answer. sweet. thanks guys.

I dont shop much. When I do I like to buy online and pick up. Sears offers that service. Tools, bedding,, Glasses, Shoes, appliances I buy from Sears. I hope they can stay in business. I already miss their Automotive building that closed in 2017. Rivertown Sears. Also, I exchanged a Craftsman Ratchet and it took 10 seconds. "Here you go" the salesman said. The one I got was like new..the one I traded in was worn out and beat up.
Went here yesterday for the first time in forever... reminded exactly why I don't shop here. Only like 2 cashiers in the entire store moving SO slow and lines long... It's during the weekend. You would think management would know how to have enough coverage for the weekend. Ended up just putting what we wanted back and left. Not worth it. Won't be back.
