Love the clothing/jewerly/etc but the people working here are VERY RUDE! My mom and I spend $1,000s here a year, but we have stopped going. My Mom is getting older and has a really bad back.. When we go shopping here there are no carts or bags to help assist you with everything you are buying. We had probably 35 shirts so we asked if the cashier desk could hold them while we were continuing to shop. My Mom said that she wished they had carts.. The lady said we aren't that type of store then laughed as we walked away... We ended up leaving without buying ANYTHING.. You lost out on $100's of dollars. Not that type of store? Younkers even has carts. Carts = people buy more... Plus your rude staff acting like they are so above everyone? No thanks, we will go elsewhere.

Horrible, they where rude and some one cut in front of us wait we where patiently waiting at the counter to be helped next. The cashier said nothing and allowed the person to cut. Then we spoke up and said wait a min. And then she directs us to another counter for help! Wow!
