They have cute clothes,but lack of employees the whole time I was there no one came up to me luckily a fitting room was left opened, the place was trashed just shoes and other items thrown around on shelves whoever is managing this store needs to do a better job
This was my boyfriends second time in this store. The first time without me. He was never greeted or had anyone help him. This time we went was also a huge disappointment! We were in Men's for 20 mins and not one employee came to the men's side. When we did need help with a fitting room, two employees continued to talk for another 20 mins while we were still looking and trying pants on. I watched 3 other customers walk in with no greeting, no eye contact and no offer to help. The two employees continued to carry on converstaion in the middle of the store. This was the worst guest service I have ever seen and especially at such a nice store.
The employees at this Express store went above and beyond! My husband and I were in a time crunch on the way to a wedding and we went in to buy a dress shirt for him. We didn't think about the shirt being wrinkled, so the employees steamed it for him so he could wear it right out of the store!
