Employees were in a arguement with a customer being rude, they didn't have enough money to pay me when I tried to return my shoes. Never buying shoes from there again
I came into the store with some friends and ended up finding a nice jacket that I later did end up purchasing. The problem was not with the quality of the product but rather with the staff in this particular store. I asked about a military discount and long story short the lady at the counter ended up accusing me of lying and said that I could not have the discount even after I presented ID and pictures of myself in my military Camos. Never have I felt so disrespected in a store and I will definitely not be going back here. If I were not buying a gift for a good friend of mine than there would not have even been a purchase maade here. Worst staff I've ever met, period.
Bought some new running shoes for myself that fitted so well!
The girl who helped us got an attitude just because I asked for different sizes. I could see her making faces as she walked to the back room.I have a 7 month old and no way to be sure what size is gonna fit him. You would think she would be understanding, instead she made me feel like I was bothering her for asking her to bring out a smaller size. If servicing customers isn't your thing perhaps a different job would better suit you. I can't remember the last time I felt like I was bothering someone for asking them to do their job.
Not a very good variety of shoes.
