I stopped going a few months ago due to bad service. And today I tried it again and it's just as bad if not worse. To start they wrote our name down because there was a wait while he wiped down tables. And after seating 2 groups after us realized. "Oh where you guys waiting to be seated" well yea he wrote my name down and everything. Then WE finally got seated. And the waitress took our order at the same time as our drinks because we had that much time before she came to our table. So finally a hour later she stops back at our table meanwhile our drinks are empty. And we get our food and drinks she ask if we needed anything else and I said steak sauce and she came thru a few minutes asking if we needed anything I said yes steak sauce like I already asked for and she brings me a empty bottle. At that point I asked for a manager and explained what was going on and she comped my meal I already had a coupon for and a free dessert. So all I really gained was a free dessert. Because it don't look like I'll be going back any time soon!
Terribly slow and fraught w/ errors. Haven't been there in a year, daughter went there tonight and her story very reminiscent of our experience a year ago. Mismanaged trainwreck, my condolences to the staff, I'm guessing you are being thrown out to the wolves w/o any training/support. Hope you all pull through, but guessing you are on a runaway train to insolvency and becoming a defunct location. Perhaps it's symptomatic of deeper problems w/ the franchise altogether, who knows. Good luck. Won't patronize anytime soon.
Very poor management slow service attitude from all staff. Food took over 45 minutes was messed up, didn't get drinks. When asking waitress for anything you'd think you were an inconvenience. Messed up place. Manager came to our table with an horrible attitude. Slammed a glass of milk down in front of my 84 year old mother as she said, "time me on getting your milk". My mom asked if she could please get her milk waitress didn't bring her with her meal, after waiting half way through her meal. Just horrible places. Hope the owners do something soon.
I had to ask bartender if I could get a beer after sitting for close to 7 mins and having all 3 bartenders walk by me. Bartenders seem more considered about their "flare" and practicing bar tricks with bottles then customer service. Food was same as what I remember, going downhill. Kitchen staff must still not know how to read. Ordered minus tomato and onion and guess what, it came with tomato and onion. Good thing I don't have food allergies....why can't Fridays be that "fancy " restaurant I remember it to be 20 yrs ago? And since when does a title and soda cost 7 bucks??? Very over priced drinks. Thank you Mr Faro for better priced drinks
I was very disappointed in not only service but food quality. My husband and I got off work and thought It'd be nice to do TGIF carry out. First problem occurred when we tried to call ahead; we called got transferred twice and waited 10 minutes and still hadn't talked to anyone, that should've been our first sign to choose different. But no we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Problem two occurred when we went to order, they were slammed so I felt so bad for the guy but he didn't acknowledge us until we flagged him down. We finally ordered and they said "should be ready in 20 minutes" Perfect! We walk around the mall come back get our food, right on time. Looked and my husbands order and food items were missing. The guy was too busy to acknowledge us again so we had to stop a waitress who then fixed the problem 10 minutes later. I ignored my food items as we figured out everything we get home and items of mine were missing. So all in all if you're looking to do carry out from here the best option to do is walk out the door and go down the street to another restaurant.
