The service was very good the food was cooked as asked. A Clean and friendly location. Portions are appropriately size. A good place to eat. The only con is the seats are showing their age when u sit down, You hit the bottom. It's time for new booth cushions. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
Blue Ribbon Burger is my favorite from here! Nice crumbled bleu cheese and fried onions in the delish burger makes it worth coming here! Endless fries too - can't beat that! I got a free birthday meal for signing up for email specials.
Great service and food! We haven't had a bad experience here. Our waitress even brings an order of our bottomless fries before the meal for us as an appetizer which was an awesome surprise. There are so many options that even with a low carb diet you have lots of choices, perfect for anyone who is Keto.
I have been going here since they opened the Grandville location years ago and I've been a member of their Red Robin Royalty Club since 2011. I can only think of a time of two where service was sub par, but the employees were new and learning. I absolutely love going here with my husband and friends. They have a military discount too, which is AWESOME. They just recently increased the discount to 50% off the veterans meal. Two thumbs up! I am a customer for life.
Our server was great! Very attentitive and knowledgeable of the menu. Our food came out quick and was very good.
