Whomever you choose to work with, do not use Vicki Kerkstra. She has only had her license since 10/2012 and is the most unethical & unprofessional agent I have come across. I have been a licensed realtor for almost 13 years and have never had an agent do what they did to my buyers. Buyers put an offer in on a property and she came back with slightly different terms (via email) that she said would work for her sellers. PA was to be returned for our side, a day passed with no word, and then I see in a search that the property is pending. She ignored my clients and took another offer. No communication. Her talk means nothing. Underhanded. These are people's lives.
David Van Dam = Amazing!! When we decided it was time to sell our house we struggled with the idea on whom should we have sell it.
