I have a love-hate relationship with this place. I love that the kids seem to love it (despite any adult complaints), and I love that it's cheap entertainment for the kids. That said, the place is typically unclean, it feels dirty and seems a bit run-down. On the game side, many are continually broken/nonfunctional, with no "out of order" signs, to warn people. The staff is hit and miss, usually friendly enough, but turnover seems to be a big problem. I think this "could" be a great business, but it needs better and/or more stable management.
Took my son for his 3rd birthday and we had an absolute blast. The price of admission was less than $7 for my son with no admission for adults. We stayed until close and the employees had managed to keep the play areas clean our entire visit. We will definitely be going back.
Lots of fun for the younger crowd! Inflatable bounce houses and slides, crawl-through tubes, ball pits, etc are included in 1 price. There is a small arcade area that takes tokens (purchased separately) and a snack counter. There is an area of tables for parents to sit and monitor their children. Our grandsons love it and usually spend a couple of hours playing. They get a chance to enjoy themselves and burn off energy.
Such a great price for an all-day event. Great fun and good people.
Wonderful place to take children! Even have activities and play for toddlers. Great pizza, birthday packages, clean. Low prices and friendly, helpful staff. We've been coming here for years. It's well worth the drive from Muskegon!
