Great service. Went there to pick up a 50 gallon, natural gas water heater. I didn't need to look for any help in getting it to my car. The team member was me wheeling it to the register and asked if I need help getting it in my car. The lady at the register informed me of all the rebates and discounts that I received. Found the best various purpose cleaner I have ever used (Krud Kutter)at a good price, as a bonus I found the hat I have been looking for (Blue PowerCap with built in ultra bright LED's) which I needed for work as it is useful and matches my uniform.
We ordered a slider and aluminum to be wrapped around our windows. The contractor never installed the footbolt that was supposed to come with the slide. When they came out to wrap the windows they told us it was going to be extra even though we had already gotten a price from Lowe's. They also took our $600 dill set that was in our garage. We filed a police report but Lowes wouldn't disclose the names of the installers. They also wouldn't reimburse us for our loss. It was a big hassle all around.
Had everything we needed and advice to mother and daughter on how to put them in. Locks for doors and new doorbells. Thanks Lowes in Grandville!
Please everyone do yourself a favor. Don't ever get a fence installed here. We signed a contract 3 weeks ago and still waiting to get a CALL to SCHEDULE. Every time we call to follow up they tell us we'll get a call the next day. Never happened. They are super overbooked, have no time to reply to emails or phone calls. I literally paid $3000 just for frustration. Technically according to the contract, I couldn't back out, but I was so frustrated and they knew their faults, they canceled the contract and refunded my money right away. Lowes is cool for supplies and such but nothing else.
