So far so good! I placed a special order with Duncan's help, and things went very smoothly. He was VERY patient and interested in my thoughts as we processed what colors and accents to choose. He listened well to the details about where the furniture would go and explained the process of ordering thoroughly. Look forward to getting it!
Waited over a week to tell us the fabric for the sofa we wanted would be $900 extra. Initially, Conor told us they had what we wanted in stock, and upon transaction and the purchase they than told us it'd be 6 to 8 weeks. After 2 weeks of issues I finally canceled the order. Sheena Williams did not do anything to try to help us to find a fabric that worked for my needs. She was rude, and not wanting to help, only willing to refund my money. After spending so much here and being a client here, it's sad that I will now go somewhere else. I won't waste my time here again.
My wife and I were very satisfied with the service at Art Van in Grandville. We were helped out through the entire process from walking in to check out furniture to loading our new living room set into the truck. Even after the sale, everyone continued to be very helpful and friendly, especially the guys who helped load the furniture from the warehouse. Great job, we will be back!
