Ordered from website paid the $5 extra dollars to have delivered before noon the following day. At 3pm received a voice-mail from delivery driver that the recipient wasn't there. The delivery driver then stated he did not read the delivery slip so he didn't realize before noon. Gave him another address he said it would be there by 430, we'll no one showed up. At 5pm I received email confirming delivery. The flowers were never delivered. This company lies, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! BEWARE DO NOT EXPECT THIS COMPANY TO HAVE ANY SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY BELIEVE THAT REFUNDING MY MONEY WAS GOOD ENOUGH. THEY FAILED EVERY ASPECT OF THERE JOB.
