decent people. very fake though and will do ANYTHING to get you to buy so they get commision. very greedy and snake-like.
Car audio people are the worst! make you buy so many more things than necessary!!! STEER CLEAR FOLKS
We have had a very poor experience with geek squad, and the staff in general. The geek squad does not know how to fix simple issues sometimes, and we spent much more money on an easy fix here, than at another locally owned computer repair store. Also, much of the regular staff that walks around the products do not know much about the things that they are selling. They have given me false information on more than one occasion. Finally, the demos for certain headphones, and speakers, barely ever work. After going there quite often I feel almost like they don't want to sell the Sony's brand headphones as bad as others.
My boyfriend and I went to get phones on black Friday. Both Tyler and Chris were incredibly patient with us since we didn't have all our account details ready. Both of them were knowledgeable and personable and we appreciate it!
I spent 3,000 dollars on appliances. The rep names buz. Told me I would get credits for spending that much money and that they would be good for 3 months, I could use them for xmas. Well they expired. I confronted him and he said go to customer service they can extend the expectation. Well they said they can't do that. Not happy at all lost 135.00. This was alpine location
Had a very negative experience with Samsung and getting them to come out and repair a dryer; brand new dryer that has not worked right since day 1. Samsung pretty much told me I needed to go out and buy some alcohol to clean the sensor (after already cleaning it with them on the phone) before they would entertain the idea of dispatching a technician.
I called Best Buy in Grandville, MI where I bought the device from and they were phenomenal! They sympathized with me, apologized for Samsung's deplorable customer service, and replaced the dryer - no questions asked! I'll be shopping here more often because I feel like they were looking out for me!
ALSO, BE CAREFUL BUYING PHONES HERE!!! The phones sold here are NOT unlocked, they are universal, which means the first sim card you put in, will lock it to that carrier!!
