The reason for my 1 star rating is that they tried to price gouge me around the time of a bad storm. I rented a car from them every other week for almost a year for business and they tried to charge me 3 times the normal rate. I will never rent a car from this location again. You can make a quick buck off insurance companies and such, but don't screw over your loyal customers.
Don was awesome and the lady i dealt with on phone was great as well. I had a wonderful experience. And it was easy to get into a car within 30min of calling them
I room fairly often from my work. I have found this location to have superior service and the workers or knowledgeable friendly and accurate. I’ll rental cars are expensive, but this has the best rates. I wouldn’t crazy to reserve early to get the best rates.

The car was ready at my reservation time. I was upgraded from a full size to a premium. The employee got me out the door and in the car quickly. Same quick service when I returned the vehicle.
