Terrible customer service!!! I made an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed on 10/21/17. The stylist never introduced herself, and made no conversation at all. Didn't even ask what I wanted my eyebrows to look like. The stylist stopped partially through, to help someone find hair gel to purchase. She ended up burning my eyebrows REALLY bad! When I went to cash out, the stylist had not logged into the computer yet. She kept entering the wrong log in number. I ended up waiting 15 minutes to cash out. I will never return to this location!
Discrimination and racism in the salon!!!!!!
Every time I go here the stylist does amazing things with my hair!!! They are also very affordable!! Can't recommend enough
